About AMLI Mountains

An operating company, anchored in real estate.

Founded in Kuala Lumpur in 2016, AMLI Mountains (M) Berhad has grown into a diversified group spanning property, finance, investment and renewable energy. Real-estate cashflow funds disciplined diversification into national-priority sectors — supported by an operating flywheel of land bank, in-house construction, captive financing and downstream services. In March 2026 the group voluntarily converted to a Berhad, adopting public-limited governance ahead of its next phase of growth.

Vision

To be a leading diversified Malaysian group where sustainability is operating practice, not aspiration — building enterprises and communities that combine social responsibility and lasting quality.

Mission

To deliver high-quality, environmentally responsible residential and commercial communities that integrate innovative design, sustainability and technology.

Operating Companies

One group, focused operating companies.

Each company addresses a dedicated sector under one Berhad — a hedged, multi-revenue group built for resilience and long-term value.

Business Investment

The integrated model

From land to capital — one platform.

Real-estate cashflow funds disciplined diversification. Land bank, in-house construction, captive financing and downstream services run on a single operating platform — so each business compounds the others.

Property delivery, energy transition and Central Asia expansion — each able to scale on its own, reducing reliance on any single cycle.

Axis A

Property Delivery

Templer Park phased launches and regional inventory across Selangor, Pahang and Negeri Sembilan, with selective build-to-rent and commercial JVs.

Axis B

Energy Transition

Scaling the Kuantan FAME plant and commissioning a Sustainable Aviation Fuel facility, with long-term offtake across ASEAN aviation.

Axis C

Central Asia Expansion

Uzbekistan entry via the Syrdarya MOU, anchored by the Al Mubarak digital-finance platform and downstream services.

Leadership

Governance-led execution.

AMLI Mountains is led by senior executives focused on disciplined delivery, governance and the long-term stewardship of every company in the group.
